Return & Exchange Policy

At Padmasitaa, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but in case something isn’t right, here’s our simple and transparent policy.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligible Items

Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Any product showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.
Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2.⁠ ⁠Time Frame

You must initiate a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Request

To request a return or exchange, please email or contact us with your:
Order number
Reason for return/exchange
Photos or videos clearly showing the product and any issue (if applicable)
Once approved, our team will share the return instructions or schedule a pickup (where available).

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Costs

If the return or exchange is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a complimentary pickup.
For size, fit, or preference-based exchanges, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
For international orders, any customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Credits

Eligible returns will be processed within week to 10 days after we receive and inspect the item.
You can choose between:
Store Credit / Gift Voucher for the full product value

6.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid. For lower-priced exchanges, the difference will be credited as store credit.

7.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance.
Customised or made-to-order pieces.
Accessories, other hygiene-sensitive products.
Gift cards or store credits.

8.⁠ ⁠Damages in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible

9.⁠ ⁠Policy Updates

Padmasitaa reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to all purchases made after the updated date.
