This Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed through the website https://padmasitaa.com/ (“Website”), operated by Padmasitaa (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined herein.
1.SHIPPING METHODS & RESTRICTIONS
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide and offer multiple shipping options depending on the delivery location.
We do not ship any items restricted or prohibited by courier or customs authorities. Customers will be notified if any such condition arises.
2.SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic: Free shipping within India.
International: Free shipping above ₹30,000; charges apply below this value.
3.DELIVERY TIMELINES
Domestic orders: 3–4 days from dispatch.
International orders: 7–10 days from dispatch.
Timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.INSURANCE
All purchases are insured until delivered and signed for.
5.TAXES & DUTIES
Indian Customers: Prices include all taxes.
International Customers: Shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and charges must be paid by the recipient.
USA Customers: Orders under $500 – duties borne by customer; above $500 – by Padmasitaa.
6.ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations thereafter are at Padmasitaa’s discretion.
Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.
7.RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Eligible exchanges include incorrect size or improper fit.
Exchanged items are final and not eligible for further returns.
8.NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Custom-size/customized pieces, accessories, discounted items, international orders, gift certificates, and jewelry are not returnable.
9.INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
No returns or exchanges on international orders except in cases of damage or incorrect product.
10.EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES
Customers bear pickup and redelivery charges for exchanges (typically under ₹500).
11.REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
No cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit valid for 12 months.
12.ALTERATIONS
If the correct size is delivered but fit requires adjustment, alterations are free if requested within 48 hours. Customer bears shipping to us.
13.WHEN WE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
Full refund, store credit, or replacement will be provided if:
-Wrong product delivered.
-Manufacturing defect.
-Delivery is delayed beyond agreed window (when written confirmation was given).
14.IMPORTANT NOTES
Items tried at home must be handled carefully.
Used/damaged items returned will be rejected and sent back.
Items bought with discounts, loyalty points, or sales are not eligible for return/exchange.
